Scotts Landing is the development and management company for The Barcadere Marina, now under construction at the George Town Barcadere, at the end of North Sound Road.

The Barcadere Marina will feature in-water berths for up to 85 yachts, ranging from 35ft to 150ft in length, and dry storage accommodations for 112 boats up to 34 feet in length in our fully enclosed facility, which is being constructed to category 5 hurricane standards.  We will also offer haul out and boat yard services for vessels weighing up to 100 tons, and a dockside fuel station with an environmentally friendly sewage pump-out service.

We anticipate the opening of the wet slips and the fuel station in summer 2008, and are now taking reservations for dock space and dry storage positions at this world class facility.  With Ipe hardwood decking on super stable fixed concrete piers located in a protected basin, and featuring the flexibility of 30, 50, 100 or 200 amp power and water, to every dock pedestal; Scotts Landing will be able to handle all but the largest of ocean going pleasure vessels. In fact only those vessels with a draft too deep to venture into Cayman's North Sound will be precluded from taking advantage of the wide range of amenities to be offered at The Barcadere Marina.
